HUMBLE BEGINNINGS (1991–2001)

OUR STORY

Commercial Stone & Cabinet Fabricators began its journey in 1991, not as a full-service contractor, but as a solid surface material importer. In those early days, our focus was on sourcing and supplying high-quality solid surface materials to some of the nation’s largest wholesale distributors. We built relationships based on reliability, quality, and consistency, laying the foundation for what would later become our core competency.
During this period, our team learned the ins and outs of materials — which surfaces held up best under heavy use, which finishes aged gracefully, and how to optimize procurement and supply-chain logistics. These lessons would prove invaluable for our future transitions.

Transition & Growth: From Supplier To Turnkey Services

By 2002, we recognized a growing need in the multi-family construction market: builders and contractors wanted not just materials, but full solutions — from supply, through fabrication, to installation. Rising to the challenge, CSCF USA evolved: we expanded our capabilities to offer turnkey services, combining material supply + fabrication + installation of cabinets and solid-surface countertops.

This shift represented a major turning point for us. We were no longer just suppliers — we became strategic partners to construction firms and developers. This expanded role demanded higher standards: not only in product quality but also in project management, scheduling, logistics, and installation processes.

In these early turnkey years, we completed our first projects for multi-family housing developments — projects that would set standards for durability, aesthetics, and reliability. Each successful job helped build our reputation, opening doors to larger, more complex projects.

Establishing A Legacy: Scaling & Expanding Reach

As our turnkey services matured, CSCF began to see steady growth in both project volume and complexity. We expanded our vendor network, refined our logistics, and built a robust project-management system to ensure consistent quality and on-time delivery.

Between 2006 and 2015, several milestones stand out:

  • We established long-term partnerships with major national and regional builders and developers.
  • We expanded our operations to support multi-family residential and hotel projects across multiple U.S. states.
  • We invested in training for our workforce — ensuring that every craftsman, installer, or project manager understood not just “how to install,” but “how to build for longevity and beauty.”
  • We honed our standards around safety, professionalism, respect, teamwork, and accountability — core values that remain at the heart of our organization.

By the end of this period, CSCF had established itself as a trusted, quality-driven subcontractor to major players in the construction industry.

2016–2025

Broadening Horizons: Over 100 Projects, Continued Excellence

In recent years, our growth has accelerated even more. As of now, CSCF has successfully completed over 100 multi-family and hotel projects throughout the United States.

What distinguishes this era:

  • We refined our end-to-end capabilities: from early design consultation and material sourcing, through fabrication, logistics, installation, final inspection, and client handoffs.
  • Our project gallery now demonstrates a wide variety of project types — from standard apartments to upscale hotels — illustrating our versatility and craftsmanship.
  • We strengthened our reputation for reliable delivery, high-quality finishes, and efficient project management — qualities that led many clients to turn to us repeatedly for new projects.
  • Our internal culture matured: employees are valued partners, safety is a constant priority, and accountability guides every decision. This culture underpins our continued success.

Through every project, we remain committed to our founding vision: to create beautiful, enduring living environments — one project at a time.

2025 - Present

In early 2025, the Company became 100% employee-owned by establishing an ESOP, meaning our people now truly own what they help build every day. This exciting change gives eligible employees a direct, meaningful retirement benefit in the form of Company shares, so your success and the Company’s success are directly connected. It’s a powerful way to grow your career while also building long-term financial security.
