Lisa has served in construction industry since 1990. Throughout her 34-year career, Lisa has evolved the business from material importer / fabricator to a turn-key specialty contractor for cabinets and counter tops in the State of Florida and across the United States. Lisa’s strength as a leader lies in her vision and ability to work with nationally recognized construction companies and maintaining lasting relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
Prior to forming her construction companies, Lisa worked for Unilever, a Dutch / British conglomerate as Marketing Executive in Hong Kong where she had extensive training and work experience in advertising, accounting, inventory control and marketing.
Lisa received her BA in Linguistics from Beijing Foreign Language School. She earned her MA in International Communications from Beijing University. After an internship with Walt Disney World / EPCOT, Lisa attended Warwick Business School in England and graduated with MBA. Lisa became a Florida licensed general contractor in 2008, CGC-1516840 & CGC-1525557.

David leads CSCF’s corporate strategy and oversees company operations, providing executive-level project oversight and ensuring client expectations are consistently met. He focuses on empowering the team while maintaining strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
David was recognized as one of ENR’s Top 20 Young Professionals for the Southeast United States in 2020. He was also featured by the Tampa Bay Business Journal as an Up and Comer Under 40 in 2017 and is a graduate of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce Leadership Tampa Class of 2018.
He holds a degree in Construction Management from Western Kentucky University and is ASHE Healthcare Construction Certified. David is active in the community, serving on several boards including the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and the University of Tampa Board of Fellows. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor adventures and spending time with his wife Mary and their children.

Scott handles estimating, pre-construction, and operations. Scott has a keen attention to detail which is crucial to ensure accuracy throughout the projects. With his 39 years’ experience in operations, manufacturing, and warehousing, Scott brings a vast knowledge that benefits our projects and clients significantly.
Prior to working at CSCF, Scott received his Bachelor’s Degree in Design and Production. He applies this knowledge to his work in estimating and overseeing the daily operations of our Warehouse.
He maintains his busy schedule by being prompt and organized. He can work on multiple tasks at one time and still finish them ahead of schedule. Communication and planning are the keys to his success.

Carlos leads field operations for CSCF, bringing over 20 years of experience in the Tampa market with a focus on the fabrication, installation, and coordination of residential and multifamily kitchen projects.
He plays a key role in bridging the gap between field teams, general contractors, and suppliers, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and aligned with design intent. Known for his problem-solving approach, Carlos consistently drives projects forward by addressing challenges in real time and maintaining progress under demanding construction schedules.
Carlos oversees medium- to large-scale projects, managing field performance and execution to ensure successful project delivery from start to finish.

Denise leads the accounting department and has been with the company since 2017. She started as a Project Accountant and worked her way up to Accounting Manager. With years of experience, she is essential to the business in managing the operations of the accounting department.
She is responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, payables, and receivables. She works alongside the superintendents, general contractors, and subcontractors to ensure the proper execution of financial management of each project. Denise earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from USF St. Petersburg.

Oriana is responsible for the development and completion of business projects. She oversees the organization, schedule projects and ensure that business standards are maintained. Oriana applies her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Organizational Leadership from Valencia College (graduated in 2021) to oversee the seamless operations of the office and support project management activities.
Additionally, Oriana handles various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and HR policy coordination. With strong organizational skills and a versatile approach, she ensures efficient office management and project support while contributing to the development of our human resources processes.

Virginia is a graduate of the University of New Mexico, where she earned degrees in Business Administration and Psychology. With over 20 years of professional experience, she brings strong organizational and administrative expertise to the CSCF team.
At CSCF, Virginia assists the Accounting Manager with the company’s day-to-day financial operations while also supporting project administration. She works closely with superintendents and general contractors to help maintain efficient workflows across projects. Virginia also oversees the procurement of materials, coordinating with overseas vendors to source quality products and support the company’s supply chain needs.
Outside of work, Virginia owns and operates a pet-sitting business.

Chris holds a B.A. from Eckerd College, where he studied Environment and American Culture. With more than three decades of experience in woodworking, Chris brings a deep understanding of craftsmanship, materials, and production processes to the team.
At CSCF, Chris plays a key role in transforming project blueprints into detailed data used for job costing and supply chain coordination. His expertise helps ensure projects are accurately planned, materials are efficiently sourced, and operations run smoothly from design through fabrication.

Longevity and loyalty has made Nick one of CSCF key employees. Having started in 2005, Nick worked his way up from the warehouse delivery driver to his current role as the lead stone fabricator. Over his extensive career, he has acquired a vast knowledge of natural stone product fabrication. Nick is focused, driven and hard-working and his ability to go above and beyond expectations makes him a huge asset.
Ensuring accuracy and precision in his fabrication is how we are able to produce high-quality products. Prioritizing his tasks helps keep him organized and confirms the best results. Nick is a remarkably skilled and talented fabricator.
Aside from leading fabrication, Nick occasionally makes deliveries and assists with installation as needed. He has acted as a mentor for subcontractors on how to properly install stone and sinks. Nick has his CDL license and his forklift certification, which have proven useful over the course of his career.
