Citria is a large-scale multifamily residential community designed around modern living and resort-style amenities. The development features contemporary interiors paired with thoughtfully designed common spaces that support both functionality and a cohesive aesthetic across the property.

The scope of work for this project included the fabrication and installation of countertops throughout the residential units. Granite was selected for its durability, subtle movement, and consistent coloration, providing a clean and timeless surface suitable for high-traffic residential use.
